emergency room?

i’m 10 weeks and this is my 3rd migraine of this type since pregnancy. it starts with blurred vision and spots. then it’s hard to speak and when i do nothing makes sense. my arm and face goes numb on one side. after that i get a pounding migraine. should i go to the ER this being my 3rd one this pregnancy? i’ve had 6 of these migraines in my whole life 3 being during this pregnancy.

It’s a migraine with aura (ocular migraine) I use to get them when I was in middle school so often. Except my vision would totally go blind with spots and after it went away I got a terrible migraine. I would go home and try to sleep it off but it was impossible. I never been to the doctor for it because they stopped but I think it was because I needed glasses. After I started wearing glasses it went away. Since your pregnant I would go have it checked out since your having 3 within a 10 weeks span. I couldn’t imagine getting them back to back like that.
