Any remedies for pregnancy acne?

Anybody have any ideas for pregnancy related acne relief! My face just hurts , mostly at my jaw line .

It hasn't completely cleared up, but I ordered Angels on Bare Skin by lush and it has cleared up immensely and is no longer painful. In the past few days I've been using tea tree oil before my moisturizer as a spot treatment and that's clearing up the last bits of stuborn acne that face wash alone wasn't helping. I'm not sure what your skin type is, so this might not work for you. My skin type is very dry.

following!!!! I'm only 3 weeks 6 days and my face is awful and sore.  I never have had acne not even with my first.
