Best alternative to a menstrual cup?

I had been using the Luna cup I think it was for a little over a year and loved it. Then it was accidentally thrown out over the weekend (ugh) so I went to the store and got a Diva Cup. It was okay the first day, but during the second night it got stuck. Like it must have suctioned to the back of my cervix. After trying everything they said to do on the internet for a few hours I went to the ER.

After a few hours (and snide remarks by the male nurses and doctors) it was removed but a traumatic experience to say the least.

Thing is, I really loved the cup but DEFINITELY do not want to go through that again!!!
