Really need help ladies

According to my doctors I am so healthy and I have never missed a period well my cycle is officially 7 days late and I have had a neg blood test but I am discharging like I am ovulating....I have never had cycle issues a day n my like I have also been having really bad headaches off n on...have anybody experienced this n still got a positive result after a blood test....my auntie n my husband still think I’m pregnant n this it was to early to test because I have never missed a period n that’s the only symptom I have n headaches
