HELP!!

I am 3DPO today. I got my solid smiley on a digital OPK and I am super crampy today so I was like let me just see WELL I GIT A FLASHING SMILEY!! I tested on this past Sunday after my solid smiley went away and it showed a big fat O( no LH detected) Does that mean I’m ovulating again?? Did I ever even ovulate?! Has this ever happened to anyone?! I’m freaking out because now I’m afraid I’m out this month after finally getting the courage to start trying again!! 😭
