Confusion- insight needed

I’m so flipping confused. I am severely cramping on the left side of my uterus. I still haven’t gotten my period since September 9th. I am having unprotected sex... a lot. I have had zero spotting. My ovulation strip today says nothing even though last night the second stripe was brighter than it is today. I’m just plain confused with my body at this point.... I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and nothing

Any insight?
