Diarrhea and contractions

I'm not sure if baby is causing contractions or the diarrhea but they hurt! I been having contractions all day but they been random but get me out of breath and the diarrhea started almost 2 hours ago. I went to pee this morning and had light blood that didn't show again and after that when I wipe I have clear slimy mucus? I'm 38 weeks 2 days what y'all think?

Also while I'm contracting I feel extra pressure on my butthole? Tmi.

But with my first it was a breeze and barely remember any of it sadly lol.
