Yup. Feels like you’re shitting a pine cone. I started taking miralax every day to soften and ease things. Helped quite a bit. Once it resolved I just take miralax every 2 days or so but if I completely let up and stop taking it its back to shitting pine cones. Lesson learned

I had a really bad one a few years ago. It took a few months to heal. I had to see a gastroenterologist because they usually only take a few days to a week to heal. By the time they did an endoscopy to check on it it finally healed. I haven’t had any issues since.

Yes I have a permanent one that likes to reopen since I was a kid. Yes I've been dealing with it for many years. Prep h helps the burn. I do take fiber tablets for it but it only helps so much
