Have anyone dealt with this? It’s legit all over my baby skin and I’m freaking out

Mines ended up being really bad eczema. Could be a rash, or allergic reaction to something. Keep him moisturized and call pediatrician just in case.

Laundry  detergent or a rash from a product you used.. doesn't look like eczema to me.. see what the pediatrician says.
