C section at 11:30 am today and experiencing pain

Should I just go to the hospital now? I have been experiencing lower back pain and some cramping in my belly since 10 o clock at night. I have also had diarrhea almost every time I went to the bathroom. I’m trying to get some sleep but the pain keeps waking me up. The pain comes and goes every 30-35 minutes. My hospital wants me to be there by 9:30 am to get me started for my c section. I am scared because I never had contractions or anything like this with my first pregnancy. What should I do?
