Help..

Can a child’s father get more then visitation rights if he doesn’t have a job and doesn’t have the means the take care of a baby? He’s 18 and I’m 22. We live in California she he’s been hard to deal with. I don’t want him to have more then visitation rights. I’m scared that he’s going to go after it to try and take him away from me. I’m 28 weeks pregnant. Any ideas on what to do?
