Got my rogam shot && it wasn’t as bad as I thought ! For anyone else who panicked like I did my baby is still doing great and the shot didn’t hurt at all , just a little sore the next day. My best advice is to get it in your dominate arm so you don’t get stiff.
It looks terrifying it’s a long needle but don’t let it scare you , and always remember how great it is for the baby ❤️
