How to relieve depression/anxiety ?

I sometimes feel sad and disappointed with myself. Wether it’s my weight, being unsuccessful in college (always procrastinating and I’m not successful academically) I feel like I don’t use my time wisely, I wasn’t very good at work either so I left my job. I’m just at home doing nothing. I just want to stay at home and not go out. I feel unattractive. I feel like I don’t have anything good going on for me. I don’t have any ambition,motivation, or feel like I have purpose.

If anyone has ever felt like this feel free and share it with me .. or if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it 💙
