Guy advice

There is a guy that I’m talking to, I work with him and he’s super sweet and we get along really well when we talk. But we both have trouble communicating and we have both voiced this we don’t seem to be able to start to work things out. It’s odd cause we don’t talk at work but we will talk Over text outside of work. We are flirtatious with each other but I’m just not sure if he’s into me like I’m into him...
