I regret marriage

I’m newly married for my first time. My SO and I never fight but since moving in together and getting married he has changed. This morning my husband and I had gotten into a bad argument. He tried taking my phone and told me “we are married now so I can break this bitch” and when he went to grab it I pushed him away from it. After I pushed him, he turned me around and choked me. I regret getting married. I just don’t know what to do
