Marginal cord insertion at first diagnosis
Just joined this group today!! I have 2 girls and I'm on my 3rd pregnancy with our boy, and was labeled high risk from the start. I have history of pre eclampsia with my first, and fetal tachycardia that resulted in an emergency c section with my second. But now that I've had our anatomy scan, I was told the baby has marginal cord insertion and will need to be monitered closely every 2 weeks starting at 32 weeks gestation. Anyone have any experience and/or advice that could ease an emotional basket case?? Lol
Update** went in for a follow up ultrasound and it has been determined Velamentous. We are going to be monitoring baby boys growth starting at 26 weeks instead of 32 now.
