Tired and desperate , but please help

Hey girls , so , im 18 now , ive been suffering from acne since i was 12-13 i think , so i tried almost everything , and it always works for a while and then its all the same again , lots of people suggested ROACCUTANE (ISOTRETINION ) and everyone says that it’s the best one , and said that it makes acne disappear, so i tried it , i saw a doctor , and she gave it to me , after the tests and all of course, so i took it as 30g a day for five months , im (54 kilograms) and my skin became amaaaazing it was literally acne free and i was so happy , and they say that this medicine is the kind that you dont get acne again after it , so its been a month since i finished, and know it came back all over again , the thing is that its only on my nose , but its so much and it looks disgusting , I feel so hideous and ugly , i hate looking at my face in the mirror, i’m really tired of it please if you have anything helpful please tell me 😔
