Need input , about job .

I'm an assistant manager at a dental office. I been there 3 years and managed to work my way up. I was just promoted last month and part of my job is to hit production of at least $5000 a day. Well today my boss gave me incentive saying every day I make production , I'll get $100 in cash that day and for the weeks I do it 5 days consecutive I get $200 extra , so up to $700 extra a week if I try hard. Well all this labor is by the back of my employees and if they find out they may take it personal that I'm working them hard to make my own extra profit. I want to share but in fun creative ways, maybe buy them lunch once a week or select a mvp of the week ? I need ideas on what to do for them to show my appreciation, what would u do ???
