Tingling lip alittle

Does anyone else get a slight tingling in their lip on one side ? It’s been happening for me alittle it comes and goes , no I don’t have any sores or anything, I have been using a lot of Vaseline lately so idk is it normal I’m also on my cycle if that has anything to do with it
