help! zoloft withdrawals

so I was on zoloft faithfully for like a month and then eventually recently I would start getting busy and forgetting so I just stopped taking it bc I didnt wven notice any changes anyway so anyway I kept forgetting and missing doses so I just quit cold Turkey. it's been like a week now and I am fkd up! I've been so dizzy and lightheaded. I thought I was just dehydrated. but it's getting more intense as days pass so I finally looked up withdrawal symptoms and I'm confident that it's the meds now. so it's the weekend so I'll have to wait to contact my dr but for now, does anyone know if restarting the meds will help at all 😖
