Please help! *Update

I posted this elsewhere with no luck, I'm hoping you guys will know more!

Several months ago I started having UTI symptoms. I'm talking back in June or July. I was going to a walk in clinic (lets call this clinic 1) checking for a uti I didnt have. Eventually I went to my regular doctor, she didnt do a test, but she said I had a yeast infection. I was treated for it, it went away for a few weeks. Then it came back, so I went to the walk in clinic associated with my GP (we'll call this clinic 2). They swabbed me, but assumed it was yeast. They treated for yeast. A week later they call to say its BV. I treat the BV, but it came back again within a couple of days of finishing the metrogel. I go back to clinic 2 and they checked me in for a UTI, so they tested for a UTI before realizing I was there for a vaginal infection. They dont swab, but they say I have a UTI and BV again. They prescribe oral Flagyl for the BV but nothing for the UTI. I get a call nearly a week later saying i have a complicated kind of UTI and need a certain antibiotic. I find out the prescription will hurt me, so we call back and they refuse to help. So i go to walk in clinic 1. They say theres no record of my urine sample even going to a lab to get tested, but the doctor at clinic 2 sent clinic 1 the kind of bacteria they "found" in my urine. So clinc 1 prescribes Ampicillin, but also sends in their own urine sample for testing. At this point I have flank pain and bladder cramping or fullness. They assume it may be infecting my kidneys. So, I finished my flagyl and 2 days later I'm having BV symptoms again. I go to walk in clinic 2 but make sure i see a different doctor, this was yesterday. She did a pelvic exam and swab. She said my cervix, bladder, and uterus are swollen, and theyre also tender. She said my cervix is incredibly red and irritated. She doesnt see how yeast could cause such an issue, but also assumes the bladder swelling was from the UTI. She sent out the swabs and will call me back with a treatment plan. So today I get a call from clinic 1, my urine sample came back completely clean of any abnormalities.

So what the fuck is this? Why is my bladder swollen? Why was my urine appearing blood red? Why am I stinging, burning, and itching? Why is there discharge? Why is my uterus and cervix swollen? Why am I having nausea and flank pain? I wanted to cry when she pressed on me. Even my ovaries are in pain. Everything down there is painful and I'm so confused.

Further information, I went to the doctor again today to address all of this, I was told the tests came back negative for UTI, BV, yeast, or any STDs. Ive been referred to a gynecologist.... which is rough for me because I've had awful experiences with gynecologists.

****I think i know whats wrong now. When I was given diflucan it would either make no difference or help just about halfway. I dont think I've ever gotten rid of it fully! But the antibiotics may have helped one symptoms but overall made it worse and the symptom it helled would only come back stronger. I think this is a complex yeast infection. Ill be seeing a gynecologist this week and demanding a longer or stronger treatment for yeast, including a gel for my vulva, which I think holds on to the yeast more so than my vagina. I'll also be taking feminine probiotics, as suggested in the comments.
