I’m not sure how to describe what I’m feeling. I’ve been having cramps since about 2 PM today and they’re still going. But the problem is it feels like one giant period cramp and I can’t time it. If I don’t have any noticeable spaces in between how can I time it or know if it’s an actual contraction?
