Longest Period Ever 😴

Hi everyone! I am 22 and suffer from hypothyroidism. I have been TTC for 5 months. This month, my period came right on time with the brown discharge and slowly started working its way to full blown period. This lasted 4-5 days but was not as heavy as normal, and had 0 clots. I was anxiously awaiting the end of my period, but after the 5th day, it did not stop. Today is the 11th day that I have had spotting. It is not enough to stain my panties, I only see the brown/pink discharge when I wipe after using the restroom, I have not had any cramps! PLEASE HELP
