I need some advice

Hello I’m 23 and married to the love of my life. He is very supportive and kind. But I’m failing to conceive I’ve had endometriosis also my tubes are tied and I don’t know if I will ever have my own child. He suggests we adopt but from an African culture ( which I’m from) adoption is a taboo. If I continue childless his family will chase me away and look for someone who can have a child. What can I eat ? What exercises can I take ? What positions or medication can I try ?
