Who else is dealing with constipation? 😩

If you have had it and found relief, any ideas? I’m 11 weeks exactly and it’s killing me!

Coffee.. I know it's not very good but it's the only thing that helps me. Just a latte macchiato in the morning usually works for me.

Me kinda ... it’s almost like I have the opposite a very upset belly that hurts so bad that I can’t sleep and makes me feel sick and at the time feel like it’s basically gonna fall out (sorry) but when I go to the toilet for the life of me I just can’t get it out 💩

I drink a gal of water every 24 hours, eat prunes, stool softener and suppositories....and remember to tell myself my daughter will be worth it 😂😂😂🤰🌈💜✨

I just posted the same question lol, i think im going to have to get OTC help. Tried increasing water more fruit and nothing helps.
