Labor

So I’m expected to go in the next 3weeks which I’m 30 now.. my daughter is engaged and as far as I know 80% thinned and dialated. I’m on bed rest and I constantly hurt. When she moves or kicks it very painful nothing pleasant. I’m scared I’m not going to know when to go to hospital due to me always hurting. I have fibromyalgia and a bad back from being ran over. My first child was planned csection so I don’t know what to look for.. any suggestions?
