Baby Acne ?

I been hesitant to post my 3 week old baby face this is my first and I’m kinda freaking out cause I’m not sure if it’s baby acne , breakout , allergic reaction , Rash idk and I’ve been wanting to take her to the hospital but everyone keep saying it’s normal but it’s starting to worry me every time I Look At her face and I feel awful cause maybe I’m doing something wrong ? I don’t wash her face with soap just warm water but I use the baby soap on her body here are some pictures

It looks like heat bumps. My daughter had tbe same thing when she was a baby all over her. She was my 1st(now 10 years old) and i didnt know i was putting to much on her when she was going to sleep I would put her clothes then swaddle her with soft fuzzy swaddlers and it was causing her to break out in heat bumps and they look exactly like that.

Its either baby acne, a little eczema, or a little heat rash. Either way totally normal and not anything to be concerned about. Since its on her neck too it might be eczema, I would try a moisturizer like cetaphil (thats what cleared up my babies) for a couple days and see if it gets better. If it gets worse then its acne and a little breastmilk (no moisturizer) will clear it right up

This was my daughter a week ago & we called her pediatrician they said until her next appointment to use non scented soap, so we switched to aquaphor soap & she also told us to keep her skin moisturized 2x a day since it's so dry outside(we use aquaphor). We use free & clear detergent just because dreft has a little scent to me. I also bought disposable wash cloths(the one they have in the hospital) & thats what I use to wipe her face with just warm water no soap. I give her baths once a week where ill use the soap on her face to get all the germs off. I know this is pretty extreme but I'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to her

This was her last night, her face looks a little dry still but its gotten SO much better
