Hey all, I’m suffering from Chronic BV. I douched for years when I was young only to learn how bad it was for you and basically ever since then I’ve been fighting BV. I know the harmfulness of douching now, so please no negative comments. I was young and didn’t know any better. Anyway, I’ve been seeing my GYNO about it for a little over a year and I’ve used metrogel, I’ve taken pills, etc. nothing is helping and my symptoms always come back immediately after my period. I’m ashamed of my body because of this and I don’t know what else to do. I’ve recently ordered boric acid suppositories so I’m looking forward to trying them. Please tell me I’m not the only woman out there struggling with this issue. I love the feeling I have after the metrogel works and I am clean no matter what. Help a sista out!
