Exercise, classes, resources? What have you started doing?
This is my first pregnancy. I've stopped exercising because I was too scared to do a bad movement.
I have no idea what I should be doing to prepare myself, the lamaze(?) class, visiting the hospitals?
I'm pretty sure my obgyn isn't informing me enough.
I would love your opinion and your story on what you are doing or planning on doing to prepare you for this life long journey. I need some kind of direction :(
