What's your pregnancy workout routine??

Hey ladies i usually go to the gym 4/5 times a week, ever since i found out i was pregnant i havnt been(2 weeks). I'm 7 weeks now and i want to go back today but i dont know what exercises i should do and ones off limit. My Dr said dont lift heavy but i always do strength/ weight training. I dont know if i can trust her opinion cause i feel like she just rushed my appointment, and didn't give me much information. So if your pregnant what work out routine do you do? Do you weight train aswell? Does weight training cause miscarriage?
