Help!! Half white/half Hispanic baby boy names??!

I'm white and my husband is full Hispanic and we cant agree on a boy name to save our lives.. he thinks my name choices are "too white" and I think his are way too Hispanic.. I need something that both our families can say and it will be cute and not awkward to say in English..

My son is 1/2 white, 1/4 Cuban and 1/4 Mexican. His dad wanted Spanish names and I was like “but what if he comes out blonde hair blue eyes and his name is Jose? Lol I said absolutely not to the only Spanish names.
His name is Carson Laurence Jose Hernandez
