Condom got stuck in Vagina

Hey guys,

So I had sex with my man a few hours ago. I just finished a round of antibiotics yesterday and since antibiotics can mess with the pill we also used a condom. Unfortunately the condom got lost in my vagina as he was pulling out. I was able to get the condom out right away however, I'm wondering if I should take Plan B just in case since antibiotics can change the effectiveness of the pill. Thoughts??
