I’ve reached that point in my pregnancy where I need to be a physics expert in order to get out of my chair.

For real. Me getting out of bed at this point is a sight to behold. I probably look like a turtle flipped on its back.

In birthing class they told us to barrel roll out of bed. Not sure about chairs.

In bed, it is easier to get on your knees and then out of bed. From a chair, I just don't get too far back. You should really be avoiding sitting backwards. Better posture creates more room in the womb.

That me feinting out of my parents spear bed, was in hospital for 8 days discharged today to my parents place (it’s closer to my hospital the my home) the bed here is higher the mine at home so I do the turtle roll to get out or if hubby is here he helps me up.

Guys I feel like such a lazy spoiled brat. But my husband and I splurged after being married for 16 years and never giving ourselves a decent mattress. A 3 years ago we got a split king temperpedic mattress on adjustable base. This thing has saved my life. It’s amazing to prop yourself up by remote and lift legs in air. I had my 3rd baby last year and would not have survived my c section without it. I am so grateful to have it now at 30 weeks with number 4, my pelvis is in horrible shape right now, every move I make is like stabbing pain and I literally cannot roll from a flat position.
