i’m pregnant and i need help

i’m 18 and i’m really stuck with what to do, i just feel so alone, me and my partner have been together 3 years so i know i’m not alone but i just don’t know what to do with my self. i can’t stop crying. i’m not excited but i’m also ecstatic, ( this was unplanned obviously).

Can you ladies please give me some advice on how to tell your parents or family ect.
