Increasing milk supply?
What do you ladies do to increase milk supply? What do you eat or drink that really helps? I’ve tried fenugreek pills and my dr has currently prescribed me a medication to help with increasing it but they said it would help 100% if I was able to put baby to breast every 2-3 hours but I can’t do that since I work 3 days a week 12 hour shifts. I can do it on my days off and when I’m home but at work I just pump.
