What's happening?

I am writing this because I am worried and need some clarity. I missed a period. I've never missed a period. My back is killing me. My fiance and I tried to bring on my period with a 'get down'.. and it just caused me to spot. Lightly. I've taken several pregnancy tests and they were negative and after reading signs and symptoms of cervical cancer i am concerned and want to know if any cervical cancer survivors can shed light on my symptoms. I go for blood work tomorrow and i am rescheduling an appointment with my doctor to get a pap smear done. My 2nd this year. Again my symptoms are:

●bleeding after sex

●a missed period

●back pain

●cold sweats

●acne

●exhaustion

●pressure in my uteran cervical area

●peeing a lot

●number 2 alot lately
