I just had a miscarriage didn’t even know I was pregnant

Been TTC for about 4 months I didn’t test this month because I kind of just expected the negative. I did feel off but every time I get excited I end up getting my period. I was in a LOT of pain the days leading up to my period but my period was late. I started bleeding on Friday night but all the blood was light for a few days and yesterday I started bleeding heavily like I usually do so I thought nothing of it. I was using the bathroom today and I felt this giant clump fall out of me and low and behold it’s me miscarrying for the second time. You can see the sweet little bean inside of it 😓 I even saw pieces of the little umbilical cord..
