10 weeks post-op: Red spot on incision

I had my c-section August 12 and had a bit of an infection in early/mid September that cleared up with antibiotics. For a while I cleansed it with saline solution and I let it air out well after I shower. At my appt around 8 weeks post op it looked perfectly healed.

Tonight after my shower I noticed a bright red spot near one end of the incision and a bit of drainage (kinda brown, maybe bit of blood?).

I emailed my OBs office so hopefully I can get it checked tomorrow, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
