Aftermath of epidural, is this the norm?

My partner took a photo of my back so I could see (after it was removed)

I was soo tired during labour, hadn’t had sleep in 2 days since contractions started so I was literally falling asleep between contractions and the midwives suggested epidural, which we agreed to but I was so out of it, the man came in to do it and as he was, I was falling asleep so the man would freak out every time I “moved” but I couldn’t stop myself from falling asleep, didn’t even know it was happening. Finally a midwife held me still with her arms around me (thank god) anyway, this is what was on my back, just was curious if it looked normal. Thanks :)
