Ive always heard a lot about the keto diet and i was wanting some more information about. What are some simple breakfast lunch and dinner options for keto?

Answer

For breakfast : Bacon, eggs, avocado.
For lunch: Cheeseburger with no bun and a salad.
For dinner: Look up Keto pizza recipes. It is not that hard to make and you will not regret it!! 
I lost 16lbs in a little over a month on a variation of Keto (I did not count my macros just tried to keep my carbs under 25g a day) 
There a lot of good recipes on Pinterest if you use it.
