Due date dec 9... 3.5 year old at home- schedule an induction?

Ok so I went right on my due date with my son- but he was July so i didn’t need to worry. I was induced with him and did fine. I was only induced bc labor stopped and water broke.

My question is - how many of you would discuss it with doctor if you were to go over- especially with Christmas. I don’t want to be in the hospital near Christmas or on Christmas. I really would prefer to be home by the 15th at the latest... what do you think? I’m not being selfish I’m being realistic. I just want to have baby here well before Christmas
