Hey ladies a little advice plz

So Im on CD22 and af is 13days away according to glow. Thing is Ive been having really sore nipples the past week. I am breastfeeding but latch isnt a problem. She is 15mnths so we hv got our rhythm down pack and yes she is teething but her style of sucking hasnt changed its like my body had changed. Feels like im back in the first month with a NB breastfeeding when it did HURT (yes latch was bad then). But for it to randomly come about after so long I am puzzled. She still has no teeth btw. Do you think its just hormones or an early AF coming??? Maybe I ovulated earlier than I thought and possibly pregnant? Idk. Thoughts
