Can you still get cramps and be pregnant?

I’m really trying not to freak myself out here but I am as soon as I realized I was late, I have cramping but it feel’s more in my left ovary where I would get ovulation cramps but I have no lower belly cramps. I’m suppose to be 4 days late. When my sister was pregnant she didn’t have any cramps, so I’m not sure if that’s something you’re suppose to have or not.

I’m too afraid to test yet.
