Definitely Velcro closing swaddle sleep sacks!!! These are the best! 
Ring connector toys will be used for everything! Like these

A nice big thick blanket or a play mat for tummy time in case your baby spits up a lot. I still have stains on my carpet from my now 2 year old 😑
An infant car seat that removes for the base for easy transport.
A Mommy basket for while feeding the baby. Do this if you plan to breastfeed or bottle feed. Put snacks, water, Chapstick, hair ties and a phone charger in it.
A soft light for your room or baby's room so you can see to feed and change baby at night without bright lights waking you both all the way.
There's probably lots more, but that's all I can think of right now 💕

Rock n play and baby carriers. I love wraps for tiny babies and dog structured carriers for bigger babies. I still use my lillebaby for my 2.5 year old!

The actual swaddle wraps with the velcro they were a godsend with my first! Bottle brush cause your dish sponge and dishwasher aren’t enough.
