Do guys forget??🤔🤔

Is it possible for someone to FORGET they cheated. Guy cheated on his fiancé at the time with me last year. Slept together maybe a total of five times. I soon cut him off as it was getting to me. He NEVER told her what happened and told me to keep my mouth shut. I haven’t talked to him since but they recently got married and he writes all this mushy stuff on the internet about how in love they are and he is with her. My question is did he forget what he did?🤔 if not do you think it will bother him later on?? Do you think he’ll eventually tell her??
