Bleeding??

Last pack I did not take the last two BC pills bc I forgot them at my friend's dorm and I realized it while I was almost home (2 hr drive) so I told her to just toss them. I start my period the next couple days, wait 7 days to start a new pack. i started the pack and so far nothing unusual but today is the 10th day of the pack and I started bleeding?? I have not missed any pills in this pack and I take it the same time every single day. could missing the last two pills in the other pack have something to do with this? I thought that only things like this happen if you miss a pill or start your placebo week. hellpppp me
