Anniversary Ideas help!!!

So my husband and I will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary in Nov but this will be the first one we spend together due to the military having us stationed in different duty stations. I really want to do something special for him due to the fact that I’m now out of the military and have stayed home the last 10 months and 5 months pregnant currently and he takes care of EVERYTHING and never complains about it. So I just want to show him I really appreciate everything he does... Any really good ideas of what I should plan out or get him?? He’s a pretty simple guy but I want to go all out because it’s been a blessing to make it this far.
