After vagina ultrasound

Yesterday I had my first vaginal US at 6 weeks 3 days. Baby measured 6 weeks 1 day with a heart rate of 117bpm. Then my Obgyn wanted to “look” down there to make sure everything was fine due to some bleeding I’ve had the last few days. She said all she could see was old blood and then decided to do a Pap smear. I did not spot or anything afterwards, but it’s now 6:30am and when I went to the bathroom I had brown blood again. The first time I had gone tonight I did not. But now I do. Could this be because of yesterday? Anyone else experience this?
