Feels like gas pains in/and above my uterus?

I am a little concerned because I have pain similar to gas pains that feels in and around my uterus, however, I have not had a lot of gas. The pains started about 2 days ago and yesterday was the worst and the pains are hardly there today. I was bloated yesterday and was having headaches as well. I also noticed my cervix was extremely sensitive a couple days ago that I had cramps in my stomach and back after sex which never happens; they were strong enough cramps that I had pain in my butt. Please someone help me out! I have no bleeding and no signs of my period which is expected in 4 days.
