Does this look like skin cancer?

Question

This redness popped up only on my nose within the last couple months. It never produces any white heads or anything like that. I obviously know it can’t be officially diagnosed through a post...just wondering if anyone had experienced it. I’ll be going to see someone about it soon-but I don’t have insurance :/ 
My mom has rosacea...and I wondered if it might be that, too.

One time I got an infection on my nose and it swelled up and turned red like that, they gave me antibiotics and it went away. Does it itch at all?

Have you been drinking a lot lately? That can make it worse looking

Looks like a cyst, but also sort of like my aunts squamous cell tumor she had on her face. I would definitely get it checked out.

I don’t think it’s skin cancer, maybe bad acne? Get it checked out whenever you can just to be sure though
